Cumblad Becomes Shareholder at Diversified

Waukesha, WI...Chairman and CEO of Diversified Insurance Services, James McCormack, has announced that Karl Cumblad has become a shareholder of the firm.

Cumblad has been Diversified's chief operating officer (COO) for the past seven years.

Cumblad has over 30 years of experience in the insurance field, including 23 years at John Deere, where he was senior vice president of their transportation insurance unit. He holds accounting and business administration degrees from Augustana College.
